The 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) spotlighted the nation’s finest developers and projects, honouring innovation, leadership, and resilience in real estate.
City Developments Limited (CDL) emerged as the Best Developer (Singapore), celebrating its enduring influence on the country’s urban landscape. The gala, hosted by PropertyGuru Group, showcased the strength and creativity of Singapore’s property sector amid shifting market trends.
The Best Condo Development (Singapore) went to Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard by UOL Group Limited and Singapore Land Group Limited, while University Road Developments by Jean Yip Developments claimed the Best Housing Development (Singapore) award. These top recognitions highlighted excellence in design, sustainability, and forward-thinking urban planning.
Industry leaders were also honoured for their lasting contributions:
- Chia Ngiang Hong, Group General Manager of CDL, received the Life Achievement Award for his decades of leadership.
- Soon Su Lin, CEO of Frasers Property Singapore, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year for her strategic vision.
- Oliver Siah, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fraxtor Group, earned the Rising Star Award for innovation in digital property investment.
Backed by Mitsubishi Electric Asia and key media partners, the 15th edition expanded its categories to reflect new trends shaping Singapore’s real estate landscape. The event reaffirmed the city-state’s position as one of Asia’s most dynamic and competitive property markets.
