About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property listings, schedules, and client appointments.
  • Assist agents with administrative support, including email correspondence and file management.
  • Maintain an organized database of properties and clients.
  • Provide customer service support to clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Able to speak Chinese
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
